All Workshops are currently offered weekly on Tuesdays at 3:00pm with rotating topics.  The specific dates for each topic are listed under each topic header.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that gives people the skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it does build mental health literacy, helping the public identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness.

Mindfulness (Studio and Meditation)

This workshop is a combination of Mindful Meditation and Mindful Studio.
Mindful Meditation discusses the benefits and importance of meditation and how to incorporate meditation in your life. Mindful Studio consists of brief activities designed to refresh, enlighten, build insight, and open your mind to the gifts of the present moment.

Finishing the Semester Strong

Finishing the Semester Strong is a workshop focused that assists with establishing a plan and schedule to help effectively finish the semester.
