The Resilient Mind is a six series training workshop comprised of various topics focusing on happiness and resilience. These courses provide students information and skills on how to use what is presented in the workshops to help manage emotions and increase resiliency.

Mental Health Boot Camp is an in-person training to learn how to start the conversation about mental health by following a 4 step acronym and resources on campus.
Location: UHS Room 2500
Time: 3pm-4pm

Real Talk is a discussion about depression and anxiety. Learn skills and tools to understand why you are feeling the way you are feeling and different ways to manage.
Location: University Counseling Center
Time: Depression 12:00pm-12:30pm and Anxiety 12:45pm-1:15pm

Kognito is an online simulation for faculty and staff that builds awareness, knowledge, and skills about mental health and suicide prevention to help start the conversation and connect with campus support.

Mindfulness Mondays will be hosted one Monday every month. The goal is to introduce students to overall health while learning mindfulness skills to incorporate into their daily lives.

Fresh Check Day is an outdoor event with campus partners to support communication and increase knowledge of suicide prevention and campus resources for the FSU community.
