Melbourne, FL and The University of West Florida, Pensacola, FL . Byron earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern University, Baton Rouge, LA . His theoretical orientation is based in Cognitive Behavioral techniques, with an emphasis on Psychodynamic and Reality based approaches. He has professional interests in teaching various psychology and assessment courses, student adjustment/developmental issues, interpersonal/relationship, cross-cultural, and men's concerns. In addition, Byron has clinical interests in psychological and personality assessment, anxiety disorders, along with stress management, relaxation and anger management techniques.
